· Saturday 2nd JULY:
cityFIELD EXPERIMENTAL MUSIC + SPACE
We got a space and we intend to bend it. Inspired to put on some quiet-ish
improvised experimental music, we will. Maybe because we think London can stand a night of sound possibility done on a showstring. So, enjoy our cardboard room where we will mix sound and play films. Live music performance will happen in the kitchen plus there's free tea and pickles. We will be quietly mixing up sound and audio from the Map Festival as well as other parts of life. If all the sound of film, chatter, performance, mixing blend in then great, we are discouraging an audience and promoting sound as is. Come and hang out, chat, have a drink, suck a pickle and don't worry too much, it'll all come naturally.
56a at 8pm. Full performance and film line up + info at www.mdx.org.uk/cityfield.html
We will be hoping to initiate further cityFIELD's. Get in touch.
